Bookmarking: How Do I Turn It Off?

We rely on the bookmarking data to determine what slide the user is on. However there are occassions when folks need to turn it off (from a developers experience, it can get annoying when your course is always asking “Hey buddy.. you wanna return where you left off?”). So, if you are in that boat, which we can totally understand and relate to, here are some tutorials on how to disable bookmarking in your Authoring tool:
