Can I share the link I was sent so someone else can review the course?
This is a great question! Generally, the answer is No; links are unique to each Reviewer, and for each course.
It is possible for a Course Owner to turn off the requirement for Reviewers to login, which would technically enable you to share the link. But the link is still unique to you, so any comments someone else would make, would be attributed to you.
